Waverley Borough Council are holding their “Living Well Week” from the 30th September until the 7th October and I am delighted to be involved in the launch event – “The Living Well Fair”.

This will take place on Saturday 30th September from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Borough Hall in Godalming. Admission is free and I will offering complimentary Reiki Taster sessions.

Other practitioners and support groups will be on hand with information and support in; nutrition, massage, mental and emotional young person counselling, hypnotherapy, smoking cessation, local volunteering opportunities and a range of sporting activities; including a mini squash court!

Great to see Waverley embracing a forward thinking and holistic approach to wellness. I am delighted to be involved.
